This is where we get to work. I'm not great with computers. Will I be able to handle this?

Absolutely. We handle all the technical work — you just answer questions about your restaurant and tell us what you like. When we hand things over, we include a simple written guide and a walkthrough session. Many of our clients had never updated a website before working with us, and they manage just fine afterwards.

How much of my time does this take?

Very little. The audit call is 30 minutes. The intake form takes about 15 minutes. After that, we'll check in a few times during the build for your feedback — maybe 2–3 short conversations. The rest is on us. We know you're busy running a restaurant.

What if I don't like something you create?

That's what revision rounds are for. We build structured feedback checkpoints into every project. If something doesn't feel right — a color, a photo, a word — we change it. Nothing goes live until you say "this is exactly what I want."

Do I have to sign a long-term contract?

No. Our packages are one-time projects with a clear start and end. We do offer an optional ongoing partnership for restaurants that want continued support, but it's month-to-month and you can cancel anytime. No lock-ins.

What happens after you're done — am I on my own?

You'll be fully equipped to maintain everything yourself. We give you a handoff guide, walk your team through the essentials, and make sure you're comfortable before we step back. And if you ever need help down the road, we're just an email away.
